This is a 12 year old single malt Scotch from Jura, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It was matured mainly in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then given a final period in used Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain.
The nose brings chocolate, walnuts and citrus. On the palate there is honey, banana, brown sugar and a little smoke. Peach, bright citrus and lightly toasted walnut are also described.
