Jura 12 Year Old (70cl)

Jura 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura Distillery in the Inner Hebrides, in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled in the island's tall stills and matured for over a decade in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky is then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is soft fruit, light oak and a touch of sherry sweetness, with vanilla and spice. The palate brings dried fruit, mild citrus and a delicate nuttiness, with warmth from the sherry casks. The finish is smooth and medium in length, with lingering oak and a trace of spice.
