This is a 12 year old single malt from Jura, bottled by the distillery at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks.
Peach leads the nose, with light citrus fruit and a touch of roasted walnuts. Honey sweetness and a gentle spice run through the palate, alongside dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. The finish is medium in length, with soft spice and a little citrus.
