A 15 year old single malt from Jura, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and a variation on the distillery's classic 15 year old.
The whisky is first matured in casks that previously held bourbon, then given a further maturation in carefully selected manzanilla sherry casks. The sherry adds subtle touches of salty sea air.
The nose is fresh, with citrus and almonds. The palate is well balanced and the finish is long.
