Jura – 16 Year Old Perspective No.1 (70cl, 46.5%)

This is a 16 year old single malt from Jura, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. Perspective No.1 is the distillery team's own take on a Jura expression they already favoured, keeping what they liked best and adding their own stamp. On the nose there is stone fruit, dried citrus and toasted walnut, with salted toffee and delicate coastal notes. The palate brings white peach, wildflower honey and citrus oil, with hints of cassia and cacao nib. Toasted walnut and salted toffee return in a long, warming finish.
