This is a single cask Jura from Cadenhead's Authentic Collection, distilled in 2009. It was finished in a Manzanilla sherry hogshead from 2021 and bottled in March 2026 at a cask strength of 58.9% abv, making it 16 years old.
Manzanilla is an Andalusian style of sherry, and its delicate, sea salted character sits well with Jura's coastal personality. The cask adds layers of dried fruit, toasted almond and chamomile.
The whisky is un-chill filtered and of natural colour.
