Jura Tastival 2014 is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky launched at the Jura Whisky Festival in 2014. Bottled that year at 44% ABV, the release comprised 3,000 bottles.
Maturation began in American oak bourbon casks, with seven cask finishes involving Jupilles and Les Bertanges before a final marriage in Oloroso sherry butts. Ripe plum, maritime aromas and oak lead into dark chocolate, charred pineapple and aniseed, with a long, smoky, menthol finish.
