Jypsi Legacy Batch 001 is an American whiskey blend, known as The Journey, bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It combines whiskeys distilled in Indiana and Alberta.
The blend is 70% Indiana bourbon, 21% Canadian rye and 9% Indiana single malt. The rye is described as having developed over twenty years in oak barrels, while the single malt comes from American oak casks.
The bourbon is described as bringing sweet corn notes, the rye butterscotch, gentle spice and a perfumed quality, and the single malt nutty depth, vanilla, caramel and a little smoke.
