Kaiyo 5 Wood is a Japanese whisky in a 75cl bottle, made by blending whiskies aged in five different woods. It uses Japanese new make spirit that Kaiyo ages itself.
The blend draws on the influence of each cask type, so the whisky brings together a wide range of flavours. It is typically described as a mix of fruity, spicy, oaky and sweet notes.
