Kaiyo Cask Strength Japanese Whisky (75cl)

Kaiyo Cask Strength is a Japanese whisky bottled at cask strength, made from whisky sourced from Japanese distilleries. It was matured in oak casks, and the maritime climate during its maturation is part of its character. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The nose is floral, with exotic fruit and a little smoky oak. On the palate there is caramelised sugar, spiced vanilla and toasted almonds, with a touch of sea salt and peat. The finish is long and spicy.
