Kaiyō The Peated Japanese Mizunara Oak Whisky

Kaiyō The Peated is a Japanese whisky matured in Mizunara oak casks. The casks are handmade because of the delicate grain of the wood. After its years of maturing, the whisky goes on a final maturation at sea, a voyage of up to three months leaving from Osaka. The nose is sweet peat smoke with hints of nuts, sweet fruit and honey, and the finish is sweet, long and drying.
