Kaiyō The Single is a 7 year old whisky in a 750ml bottle, made from 100% malted barley spirit produced entirely in Japan.
It was matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels, then finished in both Japanese Mizunara oak and Tennessee whiskey barrels.
It is described as bright and clean, with vanilla, melon, honey, coconut, cinnamon and light notes of white pepper. It can be taken neat or in a cocktail.
