A local red wine from Kaltern, medium-intensity ruby in colour. The nose shows mature red fruit, delicate floral notes and a light spicy undertone. The structure is compact but not imposing, with moderate tannins and present acidity, and a finish of discreet persistence.
Serve around 16-18 C, with brief aeration if desired. It pairs with everyday dishes such as light ragu, grilled white meats, mildly spiced cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
