The nose offers delicate white flowers, ripe pear and a discreet mineral note reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate it is smooth, with lively but not aggressive acidity, a slender structure and a savoury finish. It suits light starters, salads, grilled fish and fresh cheeses, and can be served as an aperitif or with an informal meal.
