Kaltern Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC

A Sauvignon from Kaltern, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Alto Adige vineyards. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows intense notes of tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, along with citrus, elderflower and a herbaceous touch typical of the variety. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with balanced acidity and fruit flavours mirrored from the nose, integrated by a light minerality that enhances the structure. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and vegetable-based first courses.
