Kamiki Maltage Blended Malt (75cl, 48%)

Kamiki Maltage is a Japanese blended malt, bottled at 48% in a 75cl bottle. Selected Japanese malt whiskies are blended with malt whiskies from other parts of the world, and the blend is joined with pure spring water from the Kansai region. It is matured in two stages, the second in barrels of Yoshino Sugi, a Japanese cedar. It is non-chill-filtered. The colour is bright amber. The nose offers apple, peach, honey, nuts, green tea, peat and light toast. On the palate come citrus, peat, cedar honey, nuts, vanilla, pepper, incense, ginger and sandalwood.
