Kamiki Maltage Japanese Whisky (48%)

Kamiki Maltage is a Japanese whisky bottled at 48% and not chill-filtered. It is blended when the flavour is at its peak rather than to a fixed ratio, so each batch differs from the next. Tasting notes describe a balanced mix of heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, oak, peat and toffee, with hints of sandalwood and green tea.
