Kamiki Sakura Japanese Whisky

Kamiki Sakura is a Japanese whisky finished in three types of wood. It was first matured in oak, then aged in Japanese cedar and later in sakura (cherry tree) casks. The nose brings ripe banana, candied chestnuts, cinnamon and a hint of pine, with a warming woodiness that recalls a forest. The palate is woody, with sandalwood and gentle spice, before sweet cherries cut through the savoury notes. The finish is floral and spring-like.
