Kamiki Sakura Wood is a blended malt that combines Japanese malts with selected malt whiskies from elsewhere in the world. It is bottled at 48% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky is matured in three stages: first in oak, then in Yoshino-Sugi Japanese cedar casks, and finally in Sakura (cherry blossom) wood casks.
It is described as having warming wood spice, soft florals and a cherry-tinged sweetness, with cedar and pine-forest aromatics and a long, fragrant finish.
