Kanosuke Single Malt is a single cask Japanese whisky filled for the Whisky Messe in Kyoto 2025. It was distilled in April 2020 on the coast of Kagoshima, in south-west Japan, and bottled in July 2025 at an undiluted 61% ABV.
The unpeated whisky matured in a combination of bourbon and red wine casks (cask no. 23526) and is non-chill-filtered.
Tasting notes describe ripe red berries, a subtle sweetness and spicy wood.
