Karmis Bianco Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Contini

A white wine from Sardinia, classified as Isola dei Nuraghi IGT and made by Contini. It is based mainly on Vermentino, blended with other minor varieties. The wine is pale straw in colour, with a nose of white flowers, citrus and a light mineral note. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with balanced acidity and structure, showing ripe white fruit such as peach and pear alongside a delicate minerality. It finishes long and pleasantly persistent. Suits fish, seafood, spicy dishes and aperitifs.
