A single cask Karuizawa, distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2012 for the Cocktail Series of La Maison du Whisky. It comes from bourbon cask #162, after about 30 years of maturation.
It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 55.8% in a 70cl bottle. The Karuizawa distillery closed in 2000 and was later demolished.
