This is a single sherry cask Japanese whisky from Karuizawa, distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2012 by La Maison du Whisky. It forms part of their Cocktail Series, a release of four expressions spanning Karuizawa vintages from 1981 to 1984.
Cask #7975 yielded just 445 bottles, filled at its natural cask strength of 59.3% in a 70cl bottle. The Karuizawa distillery closed in 2000 and was later demolished.
