Kavalan – Distillery Select (75cl, 43%)

Kavalan Distillery Select is a Taiwanese single malt from the King Car Group, and the first Kavalan single malt designed for cocktails. It is bottled at 86 proof in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in select malt neutral casks, chosen to show the Taiwanese climate without heavy wood influence. The whisky is made entirely in Taiwan from Scottish malted barley, fermented with pure water from the Central and Snowy Mountain ranges, and distilled in lantern-shaped copper pot stills for a pure, fruity character.
