Kavalan Sherry Oak Matured is a Taiwanese single malt in a 70cl bottle, made with water from the mountains of Yilan. It was matured in oak casks that previously held sherry, in a humid climate that speeds maturation. It is typically described as having warm dried fruit, raisins and sweet spice, with dark chocolate, vanilla and a delicate hint of citrus. The texture is soft and the finish is intense and long.
