Kavalan – Solist Amontillado Sherry Single Cask Strength Single Malt (70cl)

Kavalan Solist Amontillado Sherry is a single cask, cask strength single malt from Taiwan, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was matured in Amontillado sherry casks. Amontillado is a dry sherry, darker than Fino and lighter than Oloroso, which ages under a layer of flor and is then exposed to air for further oxidation. Kavalan's new-make spirit aged in these casks is described as giving aromas of toasted almond, hazelnut and caramel, with an elegant, long finish.
