Kavalan Solist Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese whisky from the Kavalan distillery, part of its Soloist range. It was aged in Pedro Ximénez casks, which held a very sweet type of sherry, and is bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has nuts, chocolate and citrus with some oak. On the palate there is dried and tropical fruit with chocolate and nuts, and the finish brings raisins with herbal notes.
