A single malt whisky from Kavalan, matured in Pedro Ximénez casks. Pedro Ximénez is one of the few sherries made from a single grape variety, Pedro Ximénez, and is a classic dessert wine, very dark with aromas of caramel, dried fruits, chocolate and nuts. Ageing in PX casks gives the Solist Pedro Ximénez its sweetish character. It is bottled at 60% vol.
