This is a single cask Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan's Solist series, matured in port casks and bottled at cask strength, 54% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no colouring added.
The port maturation shapes the profile, bringing dark berries, dried fruit and chocolate to the nose, with a fine spiciness behind them. On the palate it is velvety, balancing sweetness, oak and fruity accents, and the finish is long-lasting.
