Solist Sherry Cask is a Kavalan whisky from Yilan in Taiwan, matured entirely in ex-sherry casks and sold in a 70cl bottle. The colour is a deep amber. The nose offers dried fruit, raisin, sweet spice and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate is soft yet structured, and the persistent finish brings candied orange, nutmeg and a touch of tobacco.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
