Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese whisky in a 70cl bottle, matured in three different sherry casks. It has a deep amber colour. Kavalan is made in a hot, humid climate, which the producer's whisky relies on for a quick, well-structured maturation. The nose combines dried fruit, sweet spice and balsamic notes with ripe grape pomace, caramel and dark chocolate, plus hints of vanilla and black pepper. The palate is soft and enveloping, and the long finish balances sweetness with a savoury edge.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
