Kavalan – Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a single malt from Taiwan, matured in three types of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. Oloroso leads, bringing dried fruit, while caramel and maltose sweetness sit alongside the tropical fruit character of the distillery. On the nose there are ripe berries and dried fruits, grapes and citrus, with chocolate brownie and toffee, then cinnamon, clover, oak and rosemary. The palate is warm, smooth and mellow, with sherried dried fruit, candied fruit, caramel and honey.
