Kavalan – Triple Sherry Cask

Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt aged in three kinds of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. The dried fruit of Oloroso leads, with caramel, maltose sweetness and the distillery's tropical fruit character alongside. The colour is deep scarlet. The nose is ripe berries and dried fruit, grapes and citrus, chocolate brownie and toffee, with cinnamon, clover, spice, oak and rosemary. On the palate, lingering sherried dried fruit is warm and smooth, with candied fruit, caramel and honey.
