Kentucky Owl Confiscated is an American whisky that pays tribute to the barrels seized from the Kentucky Owl distillery before Prohibition.
On the nose it offers peach, mature oak, vanilla and tobacco, with cardamom behind them. The palate brings spicy oak, peaches and cream and cinnamon butter, and the finish is herbal with plenty of spice, rounded off by nutmeg.
