Kentucky Owl Batch 12 is a straight bourbon from the Kentucky Owl brand, released as a numbered batch.
The name goes back to 1879, when a pharmacist, Charles Mortimer Dedman, founded the C.M. Dedman Distillery on land beside the Kentucky River that he and his wife had been given as a wedding gift. The distillery produced a bourbon known as "The Wise Man's Bourbon".
Batch 12 is described as having flavours of caramel with hints of passionfruit.
