Kessler is a blended American whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It has been aged for three years in new, charred white oak and is now made by Suntory Global Spirits.
The brand was founded by Julius Kessler in 1888. He described its taste as smooth as silk, and the slogan has been trademarked on the label since Prohibition. His picture and signature still appear on every bottle.
The nose is warm apples and baking spice. The palate has a rich, creamy body of oak and vanilla, and the finish is easy and mellow with lingering spice.
