Kikori Japanese Rice Whisky (75cl)

Kikori is a Japanese whisky distilled entirely from rice rather than barley or other grain, and sold in a 750ml bottle. It was aged for over three years in a combination of American oak, French Limousin oak and Sherry casks. The rice base gives it a lighter profile, and the mix of casks adds a floral, fragrant aroma and a velvety texture. The nose is floral and fragrant. The palate is smooth and velvety, light and delicate, and the finish is delicate and clean.
