This Kilchoman is a 10 year old single cask whisky from Islay, distilled in 2011 and matured in a bourbon barrel. It is bottled at 55.8% ABV in an edition of 240 bottles.
The barley was malted and peated to 50 ppm at the Port Ellen maltings, and peat sits at the centre of its character.
Fruity, herbal, floral, honeyed and milky tones come through alongside ash, liquorice and medicinal notes.
