Kilchoman 100% Islay 12th Edition is a single-farm single malt Scotch whisky made with barley grown on one Islay farm. The barley is malted on Islay, where distillation also takes place.
Maturation lasts at least eight years, using 29 ex-bourbon barrels and six oloroso sherry butts. This limited edition is released at a strength of 50%.
