Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is a 9-year-old single malt from Islay's only farm distillery. The barley was grown at Rockside Farm in the 2014 and 2015 harvests, Concerto and Publican varieties, and every stage from malting to bottling took place on Islay.
This edition was released in September 2025. It was drawn from 54 ex-bourbon barrels only and bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring, with a gentle peat level of around 20 ppm. Roughly 13,000 bottles were filled.
The nose offers fresh vanilla, tropical fruit, toasted oak, salted butter and sea spray. On the palate are milk chocolate, salted caramel, candied citrus, ripe pear, white pepper and gentle peat. The finish is long and maritime, with smoke, citrus and honeyed sweetness.
