Kilchoman 100% Islay 2nd Edition is a single malt whisky from the 2012 release.
The barley was grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery on Islay, so every stage of production happens in one place, which is what the 100% Islay name refers to.
This is regarded as exceptional for a whisky of relatively young age.
