This is the second edition of Kilchoman's 100% Islay series, a limited release of single malt bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured for more than three years in fresh and refill bourbon barrels.
The nose is modest and smoky, with citrus, lime and pear. The palate begins with a light sweetness, followed by gentle peat smoke and a range of fruit. The finish is long, clean and fresh.
