Kilchoman 100% Islay 4th Edition is a limited single malt bottled by the distillery at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is made at Kilchoman on Islay from barley grown on site.
The whisky is a vatting from 40 first-fill bourbon barrels, 32 of them aged for five years and eight for four years.
The nose is fresh citrus with subtle orchard fruit. The palate is lightly smoky with a hint of caramel, and the finish is long and warming with a trace of spice.
