This is the fifth bottling in Kilchoman's 100% Islay series, a single malt at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in both new and refill bourbon casks.
The nose is light and fresh, with peat smoke in the background. The palate is clean, with a good balance between the peat smoke and a pleasing sweetness at the end. The finish is long, clean and sweet, with subtle peat smoke.
