Kilchoman 11 Year Old is part of the first edition of the Family Collection, drawn from long-matured stocks in the Islay distillery's warehouses. It was made from heavily peated malt from the Port Ellen Maltings, with a phenol level of 50ppm.
The whole maturation took place over eleven years in Oloroso sherry casks. It comes from a single cask, is bottled at a cask strength of 54.7% ABV, and has no added colour and no chill-filtration.
