This is a 14 year old single cask Islay single malt from the Kilchoman Family Collection, bottled at 50.9% in a 70cl bottle. It was made entirely from barley grown on Rockside Farm on Islay, malted at the distillery and peated to 20 ppm.
The spirit was distilled in 2011 and spent its whole maturation in ex-bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
