Kilchoman 2011 Port Cask Matured is a three-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Islay. Matured in former ruby port casks, this limited edition was bottled in 2014 at 55% ABV, with 6,000 bottles produced.
Strawberry, raspberry and lemon zest lead the nose, followed by clove and cinnamon. The palate brings red cherry, vanilla, peat smoke and dark chocolate, with strawberry sweetness, milk chocolate and balanced smoke lingering on the finish.
