A single malt from Kilchoman on Islay, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2016 at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It matured first in bourbon barrels, then spent five months in Sauternes wine casks.
The finish pairs traditional Islay peatiness with the sweetness of the wine casks. Tasting notes list butterscotch, candied apricot and peat smoke.
