This is a single cask Kilchoman, distilled on 6th November 2008 and bottled at five years old in April 2014. It comes from Islay.
The whisky spent its first years in a bourbon barrel before moving to a cask that had previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, where it was finished. It was bottled at a cask strength of 55.1%.
Cask 575 gave 262 bottles in total, each filled in a 70cl bottle.
