This Kilchoman is a Feis Ile festival release from the Islay distillery. The spirit was distilled on 13 December 2007 and aged for 8 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt, cask 429/2007.
The cask was opened and bottled on 20 May 2016, just before that year's festival began. Only 634 bottles were filled, at natural cask strength of 56.6% ABV.
